Cited. Warren City Police reported that at 12:11 a.m. on Sept. 22 in the 900 block of 4th Ave., Tyler R. Higbee 19, Jamestown, NY, was the passenger in a vehicle driven by Kristopher G. Foe, Jamestown, NY, who was taken into custody for DUI. Higbee was cited for underage drinking.
Disorderly conduct. Warren City police reported that at 10:47 p.m. on Sept. 26 at 610 4th Ave., Theodore L. Knisley was cited after officers were dispatched to his residence for a disturbance.
