Pleas entered during arraignment court

Nine people entered guilty pleas and nine entered not guilty pleas during arraignment court proceedings held Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

The following pled guilty:

Tracy L. Antill, 1837 Petroleum Center Road, Titusville, to one count of theft by unlawful taking, a first degree misdemeanor. 10 counts of criminal trespass - theft by unlawful taking and 10 counts of defiant trespass were not prosecuted. Antill was ordered to pay $8,300 in restitution.

Daniel Mark Bevevino, 605 Stanton Hill Road, Russell, to one count of harassment amended to a summary offense. One count of terroristic threats was not prosecuted.

Aaron Jay Brew, 19 Bean Drive, Warren, to one count of sell/furnishing liquor/malt/brewed beverage to a minor, a third degree misdemeanor. One count each of corruption of minors, defiant trespass and public drunkenness were not prosecuted.

Clayton M. Hesch, 216 Jefferson Street, Warren, to one count of disorderly conduct, a third degree misdemeanor. Charges of aggravated assault (extreme indifference), simple assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

Ashley Dawn Johnston, 1618 1/2 Pennsylvania Avenue East, Warren, to one count of summary bad checks She paid $500 in restitution and was sentenced to pay costs, a $100 fine and the restitution.

Jeremiah Scott Kay, Warren County Jail, to one count of unauthorized use of motor vehicles and other vehicles. Charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted. Kay also entered pleas on three additional dockets. He pled guilty to driving while under suspension and guilty to a count of unauthorized use, a second degree misdemeanor. Charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted. Kay pled guilty to one count of possession - small amount of marijuana. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering and prowling at night time were not prosecuted. Also, Kay pled guilty to one count each of unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles and driving under suspension. Charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

James Robert Lucas, 17 Plum Street, Warren, to one count of harassment. A charge of stalking was not prosecuted. In a separate proceeding, Lucas pled guilty to one count of harassment.

Tara Lynn Schultz, 182 Colfax Street, Jamestown, to one count of retail theft. Bail was set at $10,000 secured.

Heather Nicole Smith, 409 Laurel Street, Apartment 3, Warren, to one count of defiant trespass.

The following entered not guilty pleas:

Sherry Burton, 1569 Cobham Park Road, Warren, charged with one count each of DUI: general impairment - incapable of safe driving - first offense and DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) first offense. Burton is applying for the ARD-DUI program.

Jason Samuel Frangione, 1489 Trask Road, Sugar Grove, charged with one count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Frangione is applying for the ARD-DUI program.

Melinda Martin, 20 Terrace Place, Jamestown, NY to one count of violation of public welfare code. Martin is applying for the ARD program.

Charles Raymond Neal, 6529 Fruit Street, Huntsville, OH, charged with four counts of criminal conspiracy (code as offense involved) and one count each of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking or disposition.

Michael C. Onoratti, 108 Canton Street, Warren, charged with one count each of DUI: general impairment - incapable of safe driving - first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) - first offense, careless driving and maximum speed limits. Onoratti is applying for the ARD-DUI program.

Robin Ostrowski, 1215 Yankee Bush Road, Warren, to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Herbert Lyle Proctor, 3480 Hemlock Road, Warren, to one count each of DUI: general impairment - incapable of safe driving - second offense, DUI: controlled substance - impaired ability - second offense, careless driving and DUI: controlled substance, schedule I, second offense.

Ashlee N. Samuelson, 4714 Fluvana Townline Road, Jamestown, charged with DUI: general impairment - incapable of safe driving with accident - first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) - first offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving.

Jason A. Seybert, 26 Hemlock Street, Warren, charged with one count of violation of public welfare code. Seybert is applying for the ARD program.
