There will be no parking on the south side of the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue W. for the remainder of the week, according to Mike Holtz, director of Warren's Department of Public Works.
Parking meters will be covered. Although a portion of the avenue will be closed during construction work this week, there will still be two-lane traffic, he said.
