Warren

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on September 24 at 7:10 p.m. officers were dispatched to a Jackson Avenue residence for a reported domestic dispute. Leilani L. Lord and Jeremy J. Thomas were both cited.

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on September 25 at 1 a.m. officers were dispatched to a West Fifth Avenue residence for a reported domestic dispute. Rhiannon M. Canfield and Christopher A. Zaffino, Jr., both of Warren, were cited.

DUI. Warren City Police reported that Kristopher G. Foe, Jamestown, NY, was taken into custody and charged on September 22 at 12:28 a.m. after a traffic stop in the 900 block of Fourth Avenue. Foe was stopped after officers were dispatched to a Pennsylvania Avenue West tavern for a reported fight where he had fled the scene.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one vehicle accident on the SR 6 off ramp at SR 62 on September 25 at 9:10 a.m. A 2007 Subaru Outback driven by Barbara Blair, Youngsville, failed to stop for the stop sign at the end of the off ramp and traveled across SR 62, striking a guard fail on the east side of SR 62, coming to rest under the guard rail. Blair refused medical treatment at the scene but the vehicle was towed from the scene. State police were assisted on the scene by EmergyCare ambulance and Youngsville Fire Department.

Conewango Twp.

Attempted motor vehicle theft. Conewango Township Police reported that on September 22 at 1:30 a.m. police received a complaint of a juvenile male inside a vehicle at a known address on River Road. Police searched the area and found a male matching the description given by the victim. Upon speaking with the 17-year-old male, he fled on foot northbound from River Road. After a foot pursuit, the male was taken into custody. During an investigation, police found that the male entered into three different vehicles and was attempting to steal a motor vehicle in which to leave Warren County. The male is being charged with three counts of felony attempted motor vehicle theft, one count misdemeanor resisting arrest, one count misdemeanor loitering and prowling at night, one count summary underage drinking and one count summary public intoxication. All charges have been filed on a juvenile allegations and have been submitted to the Warren County Court system pending further court action.
