Harvest dinner
A harvest dinner will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, at Lottsville United Methodist Church. This old-fashioned Thanksgiving dinner will include turkey, ham, potatoes, squash, harvard beets, corn, rolls, homemade fruit pies and more. Cost will be a donation. Voter Registration Day
Warren County League of Women Voter members and other volunteers will be available Tuesday with voter applications, absentee ballots and other information at: Allegheny Community Center, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; TAWC, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Warren Mall, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Warren Public Library, noon to 7 p.m.; Sugar Grove Library, 2 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Clarendon Kondak's Market, 10 a.m. to noon; Sheffield Library, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; Sugar Grove Library, 2 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Youngsville Library, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.; Youngsville Top's Store, 2 to 5 p.m.; Spring Creek post office, 1 to 3 p.m.; Bear Lake Fire Hall, 9 a.m. to noon; Columbus, at Chautauqua Brick, Rt. 6, 3 to 5 p.m.; Grand Valley Fire Hall, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and at area high schools. On Wednesday, volunteers will be at Tidioute Library from noon to 2 p.m.
Transplant support
A meeting of Close to the Heart Transplant Support Group will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, in the Slater room of the Warren Public Library. If you have had a transplant, you or a loved one are a future candidate for transplant, or if you are a donor family, please attend.

Warren Area High School Class of 1962 will have breakfast at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, at Perkins Restaurant in Warren.
Hill & Dale to meet
The Hill & Dale Garden Club will meet at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, at Sugar Grove Presbyterian Church, W. Main St. "Practical Gardening" will be the topic of Judy Thies, Master Gardener. A plant sale will be held in the parking lot. Hostesses will be Louise Morgan, chairperson, and Audrey Cable, Eleanor Wilcox, Shirley Davie, Carole Wilkins and Kay VanOrd. Devotions will be led by Cable.
