MEADVILLE - Warren played 18 holes and finished middle of the pack on Friday at the Meadville Invitation Girls Golf Tournament.
The Lady Dragons finished sixth out of 10 teams, led by Morgan Smith's 18-hole 91.
"Morgan did well," said Warren coach Tom Smoulder. "Megan (Smoulder) did fair, and the rest of the girls are showing signs of improvement. Personally, I was not satisfied with our efforts, but I do see opportunity in the future."
That future comes soon enough. Smith and Smoulder have qualified for the District 10 Tournament in early October.
