Warren

Violation of probation. Warren County Adult Probation & Parole reported that Brian R. Kress, 37, Youngsville, was arrested on charges of violation of probation. Probation officers observed Kress, whose operating privileges are suspended, driving away from the Courthouse after meeting with his probation officer. Kress, who was originally charged with DUI, was arrested and taken to Warren County Jail.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone reached into an vehicl owned by Lisa Bergman, 32, Clarendon, and removed a pocket book and miscellaneous personal items, then fled the scene. Anyone having information is asked to contact PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Resisting arrest. The City of Warren Police Dept. reported that Vernon C. Nelson, 117 Central Ave., Warren, was arrested at his residence on a report that he was allegedly swinging an object, breaking objects, and smashing windows. While officers attempted to handcuff Nelson, he fought and was aggressive towards them.

Megans Law violation. Warren-based state police reported that Jon David Gage, 48, failed to register as required by Megans Law requirements and was charged with the violation. The accused was arraigned before DJ Laura Bauer and was taken to Warren County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Disorderly conduct engaged in fighting. Pennsylvania State Constables reported that Roberto DeJesus, age 40, 7 N. Carver St., Warren, was arrested at the Warren Holiday Inn for disorderly conduct engaged in fighting. DeJesus appeared before District Magistrate Carlson and was taken to Warren County Jail.
