Two people entered guilty pleas Tuesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Magistrate Laura Bauer.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Tarren M. McConville, 2 Cottage Pl., Apt. 2, to a count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brandon R. Nicklaus, 114 Spruce Court, to a count of theft by unlawful taking. Counts of theft by unlawful taking - movable property and receiving stolen property were withdrawn.
Two defendants pleaded guilty, one was bound in absentia and charges were withdrawn against another during central court on Wednesday before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.
James R. Sullivan, 140 Dey Lane, Garland, was bound in absentia on one count of retail theft - taking merchandise.
Entering guilty pleas were:
Jessica Marie York, 941 Dutch Hill Rd., to one count of false identification to law enforcement officer. A charge or resisting arrest or other law enforcement was withdrawn.
Brian Lloyd Hyatt, 200 Water St., Apt. 1S, to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A second count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against Matthew Dunn, 51 Fourth St., Youngsville. He had been charged with one count of criminal mischief - damage to property. He paid restitution in full.
