Dear editor,
In your editorial of 9-13-12, you said the PA Gen Assembly had a chance to do better when it enacted a gas drilling impact fee. I would like to know how Rep. Rapp and Sen. Scarnati voted. My assumption is they voted for the law. They appear to be in lockstep with Corbett's policies.
Take care of the gas companies and deprive children of a better education. Is this representing constituents or the entitled?
