Fred McCall, 72, of Limestone Twp., Tidioute, Pa., died at his home Sunday afternoon, September 16, 2012 after and extended illness. He was born February 12, 1940 in New York City, NY, a son of Katherine Maslonic McCall and the late William McCall. Prior to retirement, he had been employed at General Motors, Corp and had served in the United States Airforce. He loved to hunt and fish.
In addition to his mother, who lives in Northern Cambria, Pa., he is survived by his wife Kathy Mangold McCall, a son, Gregory McCall and his wife Lisa and two grandsons, Alex and Mike of Eastlake, Oh. He is also survived by two sisters; Mrs. Al ( Dena ) Crow, Aurora, Oh., Mrs. Russ ( Judy ) Croyle, North Ridgeville, Oh, two brothers; Randy and his wife Robin McCall, North Cambria, Pa., and David McCall, Concord, Oh. and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation took place at the R.V. Burns Crematory in Clarion, Pa. A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later time. The James M. Higgins Funeral Home, 3 Elm Street, Tidioute, Pa. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
