WAHS picture day
Warren Area High School will have a fall picture day on Wednesday, Sept. 19. Students should bring their competed order forms and money with them. Extra order forms are located in the WAHS main office. Seniors will have pictures taken for ID purposes.
Open house
Parents are invited to attend open house at Youngsville High school on Tuesday, Sept. 18 from 5-7 p.m. Meet the teacher and receive information on classroom instruction and expectations. Refreshments will be served.
Planning reunion
Warren High School Class of 1953 will hold its first meeting to plan the 60th year reunion on Wednesday, Sept. 19. Lunch will be at 11:30 at the Train Station followed by a 12:45 meeting at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 306 Conewango Ave. Classmates interested in participating are invited to attend.
North Country Trail Meeting
The Allegheny National Forest Chapter of the North Country National Scenic Trail will hold it's monthly meeting at the Lion's Den in Sheffield on Monday, the 17th, at 6:30. All are welcome to attend. This month, we will be finalizing plans to erect a new shelter along the trail at Queen's Creek. Also, pictures of the "Outstanding Achievement Award" presented to the North Country Trail Assoc. by the Midwest office of the National Parks Service for 2011. Volunteers are needed to help at the Salamanca Gun Show ( at the casino ) on Oct. 27 and 28 for our display. Youngsville High School Class of 1954 will have breakfast at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, at Richard's Restaurant in Youngsville.

Warren High School Class of 1954 will have lunch at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Erie Maennerchor Club. Call 723-3655 for reservations.

The BonTon luncheon group will have lunch at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Cable Hollow Golf Course.
