Katy Jo Bishop and Eric Ryan Hess of 7 W. Saint Clair St., Warren, have announced their engagement She is the daughter of Janet Bishop of Warren, and Joseph Bishop of Youngsville. He is the son of Edgar and Kathy Hess of Fort Loudon, Pa. An Oct. 6 wedding is planned in Warren.
