Tom and Barb Bogardus of Warren announce the engagement of their son, Joshua, to Tiffany Wingard, daughter of Kenneth and Deborah Wingard of Strabane.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School and a 2011 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is employed as an administrative assistant at IMRE Communications in Baltimore, Md.
The future groom is a 2004 graduate of Warren Area High School and a 2008 graduate of Lock Haven University. He is employed as an equipment inventory clerk for Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers in North East, Md.
