One person was held for court and three others entered guilty pleas Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Magistrate Laura Bauer.
The following defendant's case was bound over:
Ashley Dawn Johnston, 1618 1/2 Pennsylvania Ave. E., charged with bad checks.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Zacharia P. Bailey, 48 Allegheny Dr., to counts of harassment - subjecting others to physical contact and disorderly conduct - engaging in fighting. Counts of criminal attempt - simple assault, criminal mischief - damaging property and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another were withdrawn.
Paul Shelgren, 655 Rouse Ave., Youngsville, to fraud in obtaining food stamps/assistance.
Vincent Caruso, Jamestown, N.Y., to a count of bad checks.
