Toddler Time
Toddler Time story time will resume at the Warren Public Library on Sept. 17 and will run through Dec. 10. This program will take place at 10:30 a.m. in the children's department and does not require preregistration. There will be theme-based stories, songs and crafts followed by creative play. While the books are geared towards ages 0-3, all ages are welcome to attend. This weekly event exposes the children to quality literature and provides opportunities for socialization for both children and adults. Bingo at ACC
A new progressive jackpot program will be featured at the Allegheny Community Center evening bingo this Friday, Sept. 14. Bingo is open to the public. Off to Lancaster
Spaces are still available on the Lancaster Trip, Oct. 8-10, to see "Jonah" at the Sight and Sound Theatre. PARSE to meet
The Barton Schuler Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees (PARSE) will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at Perkins Restaurant in Warren. A report of annual conference will be given.
Music in the Park
Francie Zucco will offer jazz music at this Friday's Music in the Park at Soldiers & Sailors Park, Hickory St. at Pennsylvania Ave. W., Warren, from 8 to 10 p.m., weather permitting. The series is sponsored by Northwest Savings Bank.
To dance Sunday
