Warren County Christian School's volleyball team improved to 5-0 and set up a showdown on Tuesday with Erie First Christian with a sweep of Jamestown Bethel on Friday at WCCS.

"We're excited about it," said WCCS coach Monica Kerr, whose Lions only allowed 19 points in a 25-3, 25-6, 25-10 win.

WCCS lost to Erie First in the semifinals of last year's New Penn Christian Conference Tournament.

On Friday, Jessie Lauffenburger had 26 service points, including the last 11 of the first game. She added 17 aces and finished out the third game as well. Kaitlin Weidner had 10 points, five aces and six kills; Allyssa Kerr 10 points, six aces and one kill; Whitney Poindexter five points, two aces, one kill and one block, and; Dymphee Zortman four kills, one ace and one block.

Rebekah Erdman had 12 points and six aces in a 25-11, 25-9 junior varsity win for WCCS.
