A Warren man was sentenced to county jail for a drug-related offense during Warren County court proceedings Friday.
Judge Maureen Skerda sentenced Michael Thomas Moll, 47, 1970 Jackson Ave., to 11 1/2 months to 23 months with credit for 58 days served for possession with intent to deliver.
Moll was also ordered to pay $2,200 in fines and fees, 3 years of probation, a one-year drivers license suspension, DNA testing, drug and alcohol treatment and $230 in restitution.
Also sentenced Friday were:
Bryce J. Blackman, 26, 414 W. Fifth Ave., to 12 months to 5 years in a state correctional institution with credit for 142 days served, $2,400 in fines and fees, one-year drivers license suspension and follow treatment recommendations for criminal conspiracy and public drunkenness.
David Norman Curry, 44, 604 Holly St. Conewango Apartments - F3, to 7 months to 2 years minus 1 day in Warren County Jail with credit for 38 days served, $800 in fines and fees, 100 hours of community service and anger management for simple assault.
Cody Ryan Johnson, 19, 10130 Rt. 27, Pittsfield, to 48 hours to 6 months in Warren County Jail, a two-year drivers license suspension, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, DUI intervention, 15 hours of community service and $1,130 in fines and fees for DUI: minors and driving while under suspension.
Amy Sue Lewis, 32, 1618 Pennsylvania Ave. E., to 2 years probation, 60 hours of community service, drug and alcohol treatment, six-months drivers suspension and $550 in fines and fees for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.
Gregory Charles Markham, 28, 135 Wilderness Park, Clarendon, to 60 days to 2 years minus 1 day in Warren County Jail, no contact with the victim, 30 hours of community service, $2,000 in restitution and $950 in fines and fees for theft by unlawful taking.
Samantha Ann McGaughey, 25, 12 Prospect St., Apt. A, to one-year probation, obtain a GED, 30 hours of community service, $14 in restitution and $650 in fines and fees for retail theft.
Janet E. Smith, 52, 213 W. Main St., Youngsville, to 22 months to 10 years in a state correctional institution with credit for 219 days served, drug and alcohol treatment, $155 in restitution and $1,950 in fines and fees for two counts of possession with intent to deliver.
