Warren

Crash. Warren City Police have released a revised report for a two-vehicle accident on Sept. 4 at 12:47 p.m. According to police, Donald Wilson, Russell, was traveling north on N. Carver Street and, after stopping at the stop sign, proceeded to make a right-hand turn onto Jackson Avenue. Nancy Agerter, Russell, was traveling west on Jackson Avenue and attempted to make a left-hand turn onto N. Carver Street. Police said Agerter's vehicle entered into Wilson's lane of traffic, causing the accident. Wilson's vehicle sustained moderate damage on the driver's side front bumper and was driven from the scene. Agerter's vehicle sustained moderate damage on the driver's side front fender and door. His vehicle was towed from the scene. Police said Agerter was issued a citation for careless driving.

Conewango Twp.

Crash. Conewango Township Police were dispatched to a one-vehicle crash on Preston Road on Sept.4 at 3:30 p.m. According to police, a vehicle driven by Cheri Wesolowksi, Tidioute, was negotiating a left-hand curve and dropped off the right side of the roadway. Upon re-entering the roadway, Wesolowksi lost control, causing her 2004 Chrysler to leave the right side of the roadway, coming to rest on a dirt embankment. Police said a citation was filed with District Justice Laura Bauer's office for driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Crash. Conewango Township Police were dispatched to a one-vehicle accident on Sept. 2 at 12:40 a.m. on Jackson Run Road. Police said the driver, Jack A. Daley, 18, Warren, sustained moderate injuries. Police determined that the vehicle traveled across the northbound lane, striking an embankment. The vehicle then went airborne and traveled back onto the roadway where the vehicle rolled over twice, coming to rest in the parking lot of Rarey's Towing after striking a parked vehicle. Police said Daley is being charged with one count misdemeanor DUI: general impairment, one count misdemeanor DUI: highest rate, one count misdemeanor highest rate minor DUI and seven summary offenses. Charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Retail theft. Conewango Township Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of retail theft on Sept. 4 at 6:30 p.m. According to police, Michael Huya, 21, Warren, and Ashley Milliron, 22, Warren, attempted to leave the store without paying for $128.48 worth of merchandise. Both were issued non-traffic citations and released. Charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Retail theft. Conewango Township Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of retail theft on Sept. 3 at 8:07 p.m. According to police, Kaitlyn Brown, Frewsburg, N.Y., and two juveniles attempted to leave the store with $49.36 worth of merchandise. Both juveniles were issued non-traffic citations and released. A criminal complaint was filed against Brown. Charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Mead Twp.

Simple assault. Warren-based state police reported that a known 54-year-old male struck a known 22-year-old male, both from Tiona, in the face during an argument at their residence on Six Mile Run Road. Police said the accused was arrested and arraigned in front of District Magistrate Gregory and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Spartansburg

Arrested. Warren-based state police reported that Raymond Erik Wright, Titusville, wanted for theft of a motor vehicle in Sheffield Township, was located by Pennsylvania Constables at the Spartansburg Fair on Sept. 5 and was taken into custody. Following a preliminary arraignment before District Justice Gregory, Wright was remanded to the Warren County Prison in lieu of $8,000 bail.

Titusville

Arrested. Warren-based state police reported that Kyle Mackenzie Kowalski, Grand Valley, wanted for burglary and attempted theft of motor vehicles, was located by Pennsylvania Constables at a business in Titusville on Sept. 5 and taken into custody. Following a preliminary arraignment before District Justice Gregory, Kowalski was remanded to the Warren County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
