Breeze Point condominiums are getting a reprieve.
A judicial sale scheduled for Monday had included 12 of the units owned by the Landing at Warren among 64 properties available for sale. Denny Munksgard, Warren County treasurer, reported his office had been inundated with inquiries about the condominiums.
However, Munksgard said the taxes owed on the properties have been paid. As a result, they won't be up for sale.

PAID UP ... NO SALE
Originally, minimum bid prices ranged from $2,375 to $3,405 for units 322, 323, 325, 326, 327, 329, 330, 331, 333, 334, 335 and 338. Another Landing at Warren property labeled "comm. bldg." showed a price of $4,805.
After the listings were released in July, a representative of Yoder Builders of Turbotville said the Landing at Warren is owned by a partnership and the taxes would be paid. Yoder Builders was the original developer of the condominium project.
