Pete Alspaugh and Heather Steffy were united in marriage on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Allison Park, Pa. Heather is the daughter of Daniel and Claire Steffy of Mars, Pa. Pete is the son of George and Linda Alspaugh of Russell.
Maid of honor was Amanda Steffy of Houston, Texas. Bridesmaids were Cassandra Steffy, Jo Alspaugh, Kate Yeager and Danielle Tisdale. James Fithian of Russell was best man. Groomsmen were Joe Rogers, Ross Steffy, Andy Brown and Bob Curley.
A reception was held at the Four Seasons Banquet House in Gibsonia. The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Atria's Restaurant in Wexford, Pa.

The bride is a graduate of Clarion University and is working toward her master's degree in elementary education at Edinboro University. She is a substitute teacher for the Warren County School District. The groom is a graduate of Penn College of Technology and is employed by USA Compression.
They now reside in Russell.
