Five defendants enter guilty pleas

One defendant was held for court and five others entered guilty pleas on Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Magistrate Cynthia Lindemuth.

The following defendant's case was bound over:

Robin Ostrowski, 1215 Yankee Bush Road, to a count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

The following entered guilty pleas:

Michael Paul Winters, Pittsburgh, to harassment-subjecting others to physical contact; a count of simple assault was withdrawn.

Dustin F. Raynor, Ashville, N.Y., to counts of driving without a license, backing up a vehicle improperly, careless driving and failing to stop and give information and render aid; a count of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle/property was withdrawn.

Marc Richard Bartone, 31 Glenwood St., to a count of selling/furnishing liquor, etc. to a minor; a count of corruption of minors was withdrawn.

Ana Liz Lopez Delgado, Jamestown, N.Y., to a count of retail theft-taking merchandise; a count of conspiracy-retail theft-taking merchandise was withdrawn.

Amanda Acevedo, Jamestown, N.Y., to a count of retail theft-taking merchandise; a count of conspiracy-retail theft-taking merchandise was withdrawn.
