Warren

Aggravated assault. Warren-based state police reported that Cody James Haines, Clarendon was taken into custody and charged stemming from incidents that occurred on August 25 from 4:20 a.m. to 7 a.m. Haines kicked the front door of the state police station, resulting in $50 damage to the door and resisted arrest. At the Warren County Jail, Haines attempted to strike a guard in the head with his head and substantially resisted his custody. Haines had to be transported to Warren General Hospital to be medically cleared where he continued to resist arrest. Charges include two counts of criminal trespass and public drunkenness, and one count each of disorderly conduct, simple assault, resisting arrest and institutional vandalism.

Conewango Twp.

Found. Conewango Township Police reported that they are in possession of a set of keys that was found at the top of Preston Road on August 25. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Conewango Township Police to claim them.

Southwest Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that Gale Flick and Karen Flick, tenants living in a rental property owned by Hugh McGranaghan on Route 27, were evicted and allegedly removed a stove and refrigerator belonging to McGranaghan. Anyone with information on the incident or the suspects is asked to call the state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
