Dear editor:
In Re: "Corbett aide rebukes Justice Dept. over Voter ID." "The Republican administration has no intention in complying with the department request."
The administration will not comply and see that the "people are not original source of authority!"
"The Voter ID trace of party conflict."
"The Constitution proceeds from the whole people; The people are the original source of all authority exercised under it... "
"The Constitution is the work of whole the people. It bears in it no trace of the party conflict from which it emerged."
Chief Justice Marshal states in his opinion in the case McCulloch v. Maryland: "The government proceeds directly from the people; is ordained and established in the name of the people, and is declared to be ordained in order to form perfect union, to establish justice....It is the government of all; its powers are delegated by all, it represents all and act for all."
"The Voter ID" is not delegated by all, is not for all, does not represent all and the Supreme Court should declare it unconstitutional!
