Dear editor:
A few weeks ago an article in the TO stated that Warren County did not have West Nile Virus and there was no testing being done. First of all, I thought that to be funny. We didn't test, so we know we don't have it? How?
Anyway I read the Jamestown Paper today and find that West Nile has been confirmed in Chautauqua County. Also on the Erie PA. news that West Nile has been confirmed in that county.
So I guess the virus decided to skip Warren County, because no one was testing for it there?? Makes sense now.
