Dear editor:
I recently took a friend to the Warren General Hospital, where he was admitted through the emergency room to rule out a possible heart problem.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend the entire staff at the hospital for their professionalism, compassion, and understanding. My friend (who, understandably, was not thrilled about being admitted) was a little grumpy; however, the nurses, aides, and dietary staff were so pleasant that even he had to smile!
I am grateful that Warren has a facility of this caliber!
PS "Grumpy" is doing fine!
Sincerely,
Debra Tordoff
Gerry, N.Y.
