A funeral service for Cleo J. "Jean" Loper, who died Aug. 20, was held at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., on Aug. 24, with Rev. Burfoot "Buddy" Ward, pastor, North Warren Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial followed in Warren County Memorial Park.
