The Garland Ridge Runners Muzzleloader Club will host its annual Rendevous Friday through Sunday, Aug. 23-25. Camping will be available with firewood and cleaning water provided. On Saturday there will be a chicken barbecue at 4 p.m. followed by an auction at 5 p.m. and fun shoots to follow. Anyone can participate and shoot. The auction will feature new merchandise from Don McCunn and Vennie Hotchkiss and some consignment items. Everyone is encouraged to bring a few consignment items also. For more information, call 688-4021. The public is invited to join in this fun filled weekend and learn more about muzzleloading. The club is located at the bottom of Mickle Hill Road in Garland (watch for signs).
