Underage drinking. Warren City Police reported that at 6:21 p.m. Aug. 17 officers were dispatched to a W. Fifth Avenue residence for a reported fight. Officers said they found six individuals who had consumed alcohol and the following were cited: Tanner Austin P. Brink, 19, Clarendon; Ashley L. Evans, 18, Youngsville; Sky M. Burroughs, 19, Warren; Josef R. Hillard, 19, Warren; and two 17-year-old juvenile males.
