Francis "Sonny" L. Gerrett, 72, of Titusville, Fla., passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2012. He was born October 9, 1939, in Franklin, Pa., to Geraldine and the late Richard Gerrett. After graduating from Warren Area High School in 1957, he served in the U.S. Air Force for four years as a Medic and was stationed in Dover, De. On August 14, 1965, he married Bonita Kay Gerrett, who preceded him in death in 2007. Francis served as Director of Materials Management at Parrish Medical Center since 1988.
Survivors include his three daughters, Amy Louise Craddock (Brant), Lynn Marie Kelly (Sean) and Leigh Anne Gerrett; his mother, Geraldine Shorts; and nine grandchildren, Justin Meeks, Emilee Hooper, Taylor Hooper, Haleigh Gerrett, Elizabeth Hooper, Madison Hooper, Lauren Connell, Jillian Kelly and Morgan Kelly.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2012, at North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville, Fla.
