A worker with Maya Brothers Construction of Erie directs concrete from a Wayne Company truck into the form for the northern basement wall of the new Northwest Savings Bank building under construction on Second Avenue in Warren. The 13-inch thick, 13-feet 3-inch tall wall will required between 45 and 50 cubic yards of concrete, according to Building Systems Inc. Superintendent John Rutko.
