N. Warren woman caught in drug bust sentenced, eligible for parole

A North Warren woman taken into custody during a county-wide drug bust in February for possession of bath salts is eligible for immediate parole after sentence court on Friday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Brandy Lynn Markham, 36, 206 Station Lane, was sentenced to 198 days to two years less one day with time served, one year probation, $1,150 in fines and fees, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, perform 75 hours of community service and a six-month drivers license suspension for possession with intent to deliver and endangering the welfare of a child.

Michael Moll, 46, 206 Station Lane, North Warren, was also living at the property and was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver bath salts, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use of a communications facility.

When agents from the Pennsylvania State Police Special Emergency Response Team entered the Station Lane residence in February, a search of the premises found four firearms, a hand grenade, and drug paraphernalia, according to Warren County Sheriff Ken Klakamp.

Also sentenced Friday were:

Darian Lee Johnson, 31, Warren County Jail, to two to four years in a state correctional facility with credit for time served, $1,250 in fines and fees for two counts of simple assault. Johnson was ordered to have no contact with the victims and is not eligible for boot camp or RRRI.

Joseph Charles Austin, 22, 2650 Cole Hill Rd., Pittsfield, to two years probation, $850 in fines and fees for theft by unlawful taking or disposition. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Carmen Margarita Bonilla, 40, 157 Prospect St., Apt. 1, Jamestown, N.Y., to one year probation, $650 in fines and fees for retail theft. Bonilla was ordered not to enter any Wal-Mart.

Kristine M. Csicsek, 49, 12 Bean Dr., to Warren County Jail for a minimum of 30 days to two years less one day with no credit for time served, pay $550 in fines and fees and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for false reports to law enforcement authorities. Csicsek is eligible for early work release.

Dennis Wilson Drayer, 48, 4600 Oil Creek Rd., Spartansburg, to 30 days to six months in the Warren County Jail, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, complete 25 hours of community service, pay $1,210 in fines and fees and a 12-month drivers license suspension for DUI: general impairment incapable for safe driving for driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving. He is work release eligible.

Lawrence L. Emery, 41, 2 1/2 Second Ave., to 60 days maximum two years less one day in Warren County Jail and $850 in fines and fees for unsworn falsification to authorities. Emery is work release and early reentry eligible.

Charles V. Madonia, 56, 10 Coral Dr., Pleasant Valley Trailer Park, Youngsville, to Warren County Jail for 90 days, 30 to 90 days of in-patient treatment, $4,350 in fines and fees, a 30-month drivers license suspension, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, and attend a minimum of three self-help meetings a week for DUI: highest rate of alcohol and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.

Michael Keith McMahon, 34, 235 Shell Rd., Pittsfield, to 30 days to six months in Warren County Jail, $1,311 in fines and fees, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, perform 25 hours of community service and a 18-month drivers license suspension for DUI: highest rate of alcohol and maximum speed limits.

Zachary Buck Miller, 21, 164 Schiebel Rd., Butler, to one year probation, $750 in fines and fees 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Renee Lee Rogers, 27, 211 Follett Run Rd., to three months to one year maximum in Warren County Jail, one year probation, $1,150 in fines and fees 75 hours of community service for two counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, possession of a controlled substance.

Victoria S. Silvis, 41,158 Main St., Floor 2, Tidioute, to two years probation, $850 in fines and fees, 25 hours of community service and $1,503 in restitution for violation of Public Welfare Code.

Beau David Trask, 2817 Garfield Rd., Jamestown, N.Y., to 20 days to one year in Warren County Jail with credit for time served, $450 in fines and fees, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, 25 hours of community service and a six-month drivers license suspension for possession of a controlled substance.
