33rd Industrial Softball Tournament
The 33rd Annual Terry F. Ristau Memorial Industrial Softball Tournament will be held Friday through Sunday at Betts Park with over 60 separate Men’s Industry, Men’s Open, Co-Ed Industry or Co-Ed Open teams playing at seven fields beginning at 6 p.m. Friday. Proceeds benefit local charities and organizations. Brackets are available on pages B-4 and B-5, and also located at Betts Park.

Fralick Chiropractic's Joe Conti limited Larry's Cantina to just three hits in a 9-0 Richard T. Betts Rec Modified playoff semifinal win Wednesday at Betts Park. The win places Fralick in the winner's bracket final against regular-season champion Betts at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Betts Park.
Chris Maggio had two hits, including a homer, and Kyle Grey and Josh Melquist collected two hits each in Fralick's win over Larry's. Grey had two triples, Melquist and Bill Lawson had one each and Maggio and Nick Fiorella doubled.
After pitching Larry's to a victory over Cougar Bob's in the opening game of the night, Ryan Vandevelde took the loss against Fralick.
