Central Court

Five people entered guilty pleas and two cases were withdrawn Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Justice Glenn Carlson.

The following entered guilty pleas:

Matthew Jacob Aikens, 82 Railway Ln., Clarendon, to harassment-subjecting others to physical contact; a count of simple assault was not prosecuted.

Courtney Thomas Morse, Jr., 407 Market St., to a count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Morse was sentenced to five days in Warren County Jail.

Sandra L. Reynolds, 212 Hartwell Rd., Tiona, to disorderly conduct; counts of conspiracy-statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors were not prosecuted.

Michael Barret Baxter, 447 N. Main St., Russell, to receiving stolen property.

Kelsey Belle Meacham, 510 School St., Sheffield, to careless driving, reckless driving, driving at safe speed and failure to use safety belt; counts of DUI: minor, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely; DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16), recklessly endangering another person and purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of an alcoholic beverage by a minor were not prosecuted.

The following were withdrawn:

A count of theft by unlawful taking-movable property against Ashley A. Atwell, 482 John Wesley Ln., Tionesta.

A count of false reports-reported offense did not occur against Mark Andrew Markovich, 2 Schatzle Dr., Warren.
