Andy Hanks' walk-off base hit gave Betts a come-from-behind, 5-4, win on Wednesday over Nic-L-Inn in the Richard T. Betts Rec Modified Softball League playoffs at Betts Park.
Trailing 4-0, Betts scored one run in each of the fourth, fifth and sixth innings before a two-run seventh won it in the winners bracket semifinals of the double-elimination tournament.
Jeff Berdine's RBI base hit in the fourth and Casey Moyer's RBI double in the fifth made it 4-2 Nic-L-Inn, which is the defending league champion. Hanks hit his league-leading 11th home run of the season in the bottom of the sixth for 16-1 Betts.

In the meantime, Rick Eaton held Nic-L-Inn scoreless from the fourth on while Betts chipped away.
Mike Massa walked with one out in the bottom of the seventh, Jeff Eaton followed with a single and Moyer's infield single loaded the bases. Chris Yost was hit by a pitch to tie the game, and Hanks followed with the game-winner.
Hanks, Moyer, Jeff Eaton and Darren Cummings had two hits each for Betts, which advances to play in the winners bracket final at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Fralick Chiropractic and Larry's Cantina were playing in the other winners bracket semifinal last night.
Drew Hale, Ricky Carlson and Sam Zembardo had two hits each for Nic-L-Inn.
Nic-L-Inn and Larry's Cantina had knocked Craco and Cougar Bob's to the losers bracket Wednesday.
