Silver Winds flutists to perform

The Silver Winds Flute Choir will present their 3rd annual Flutes in the Garden concert. Thursday, Aug. 16, at 6:30. This outdoor concert is held in the Gazebo on the grounds of the Warren State Hospital.

The eight-member choir will present a program of classical, Celtic, and contemporary flute choir music-including arrangements of Irving Berlin's Blue Skies and Puttin' on the Ritz, Stephen Foster's Tioga Waltz, and the contemporary Native American inspired Echoes in the Wind by Phyillis Louke.

Bring a lawn chair for this free outdoor event. In the event of rain the concert will be held in the WSH Interfaith Chapel. For further information contact Becky Darbee at 688-2054.
