Pine Grove Twp.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Stanton Hill Road, approximately a half mile south of Route 957, at 2:35 p.m. Aug. 1. According to police, Deborah Coffey, 59, Youngsville, was northbound on Stanton Hill Road in a 2005 Pontiac Vibe, which swerved from one side of the road to the other for approximately 150 feet after coming out of a left-hand curve. Police said Coffey's vehicle then went into an embankment and came to a stop. Police said Coffey sustained moderate injury and was transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment. Police said she has been charged with roadways laned for traffic.

Pleasant Twp.

Investigation. Warren-based state police said an adult female complained to them that someone dropped pieces of concrete from the Main Avenue bridge on Route 6 onto oncoming traffic, damaging a car at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 3. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.

Youngsville

Harassment. Warren-based state police said Seth Devore, 29, Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with harassment after repeatedly calling and texting Heather Walters, 35, Youngsville, as well as showing up at her residence and following her in public between 6:30 and 9 p.m. on Aug. 3, knowing that the behavior was unwelcomed. Police said charges have been filed through District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.

Charged. Warren-based state police charged Derrick John Weber, 42, Youngsville, with terroristic threats and simple assault following an incident at 1:12 a.m. on Aug. 4. According to police, Weber was involved in a verbal argument with a 41-year-old Youngsville female, grabbed a pistol and pointed it at the female's face. Police said Weber was taken into custody and arraigned before District Justice Laura Bauer. Police said bail was set at $25,000 and Weber was committed to the Warren County Jail.
