Charles "Charlie" F. Sanford, 72, of Davey Hill Rd., Pittsfield, passed away Wednesday August 1, 2012 at the VA Hospital in Pitts-burgh.
He was born September 25, 1939 in Watertown, NY. Charlie spent most of his childhood in foster homes.
