He was born September 25, 1939 in Watertown, NY. Charlie spent most of his childhood in foster homes. He enjoyed NASCAR, and go-ing to the local dirt tracks, was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and was a member of the Youngsville American Legion. He loved his fami-ly, especially his grandchil-dren whom he was so proud of.
In addition to his mother Gertrude, of Clayton, NY, he is survived by a son, Todd (Rachel) Sanford of Garland, grandchildren, Kristen, Zach, and Alex, Sister in law, Becky (Art) Zerbe, a brother in law, Don Graham and several nieces and nephews.
