Charges were withdrawn against one defendant and another was bound in his absence during Warren County central court proceedings on Wednesday in front of District Justice Glenn Carlson.
Charges were withdrawn against Troy Gibson, 478 E. Main St., Youngsville. He had been charged with simple assault and harassment.
Vincent Caruso, Jamestown, N.Y., was bound in his absence. He has been charged with one count of bad checks.
