Conewango Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of harassment which occurred at Warren State Hospital on July 21. According to police, Danielle Coudriet, 27, allegedly subjected a known female hospital employee to unwanted physical contact. Police said the investigation continues.

Harassment. Conewango Township Police reported that on July 17 at 9:30 p.m. they were dispatched to a Daugherty Run Road residence. Upon arrival, police met with the reporting party who stated that a 16 year old female shoved the victim to the floor during a domestic dispute. The 16 year old female was charged with one summary count of harassment and the charge has been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Harassment. Conewango Township Police reported that on July 22 at 7:55 p.m. a 16 year old male reported to police that Roger S. Dalo, 4115 Market Street, Warren, came up to him while playing outside the Red Carpet Inn. Dalo confronted the juvenile and threatened him with a closed fist. Witnesses reported that no assault occurred but Dalo threatened to cause harm to the juvenile. Dalo is being charged with one summary count of threat of harassment by physical contact and the charge has been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Theft. Conewango Township Police reported that on July 22 at 1:25 p.m. a known female reported that while shopping at Walmart she had left her wallet in a grocery cart and then drove away. When the female noticed that the wallet was missing, she went back to Walmart and found that the purse had been taken. The wallet is described as being an 8" by 5" black and white hand wallet. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Conewango Township Police.

Deerfield Twp.

Underage consumption of alcohol. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of underage consumption of alcohol which occurred in the area of Tidioute Enterprise Road at approximately 6 p.m. on July 22. According to police, a 14-year-old male from Tidioute consumed one can of beer which he stole from his father's residence. Charges are pending.

Eldred Twp.

Simple assault, harassment. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of simple assault and harassment which occurred on Eldred Center Road in Grand Valley at approximately 3 p.m. on July 23. According to police, an altercation occurred between a 29-year-old male a 25-year-old female and a 65-year old male. Police said the 25-year-old male was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson on charges of simple assault and harassment and committed to the Warren County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Pittsfield Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of disorderly conduct which occurred at the Kwik-Fill station in Pittsfield at approximately 2:40 p.m. on July 23. According to police, Mark Rutherford, 50, Spring Creek, began to yell and scream obscene language causing a disturbance after being told the Kwik-Fill station could not accept his check for payment for gasoline due to company policy. Police said charges are pending.

Pleasant Twp.

Underage drinking. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of underage drinking which occurred in the area between Fladry Lane and Mill Street between 3:15 and 4:50 a.m. on July 21. According to police, charges of underage drinking were filed against two female juveniles through District Justice Glenn Carlson's office.

Charges filed. Warren-based state police said they filed charges of corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors against Marc R. Bartone, 21, Warren, following an investigation into an incident of underage drinking which occurred between 12:01 and 4:50 a.m. on July 21. Charges have been filed through District Justice Glenn Carlson's office.

Spring Creek Twp.

Domestic incident. Warren-based state police investigated a domestic incident which occurred at the intersection of Cobb Road and Hyde Road at approximately 3:04 p.m. on July 24. According to police, Shonda Winne, 41, pointed a handgun at a known, 43-year-old male and then fired a round the opposite way. Police said Winne was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangering and harassment. She was remanded to the Warren County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of criminal mischief which occurred on Dennigan Lane at approximately 4:47 p.m. on July 23. According to police, someone set a deer blind on fire and fled the scene. Sugar Grove volunteer firefighters put the fire out, but the blind was a complete loss and some surrounding trees were damaged. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren CrimeStoppers.

Tidioute

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at 12:01 a.m. July 20. According to police, Ella Johnson, 54, Tidioute, was traveling south on Main Street when she failed to drive within a single lane and traveled into the parking lane. Police said her 2006 Ford Escape struck a parked 2005 Chevrolet Equinox. No injuries were reported. Police said Johnson was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
