Charged. Conewango Township police said they investigated a report of several marijuana plants located on the rear porch of 677 Jackson Run Rd. on July 19. Police said they seized seven marijuana plants. The residents, Karen and Linda Matie, were each charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver or manufacture a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy. Police said they were released without bail.
Mead Twp.
Probation violation. Officers from the Warren County Probation Department said they conducted a check on Michael Todd Frazier on July 19 at Budget Lodge, where he was found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Warren-based state police took him into custody and charged him with a probation violation. Police said drug charges will be filed in District Justice Laura Bauer's office. Warren County Sheriff's deputies assisted at the scene.
Youngsville
Assault. According to Warren-based state police, at 2:10 a.m. on July 22, a 33-year-old female was traveling east on Route 6 in a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer when someone threw an unknown object off the Rouse Overpass striking and cracking the front windshield of the vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
