Warren
Arrest. On July 18, officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Courtney T. Morse, Jr., Warren, on charges of violation of probation after Morse reported to the probation department under the influence of synthetic drugs, commonly referred to as bath salts. He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. Morse, who was originally placed on intermediate punishment on the charge of DUI, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
