Charges against one defendant were withdrawn Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Magistrate Cynthia Lindemuth.
The following were withdrawn:
Charges of access device fraud issued to another who did not authorize use, conspiracy-access device issued to another, theft by unlawful taking-movable property, conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking-movable property, receiving stolen property and conspiracy-receiving stolen property against Wendy S. Marshall, Lakeview, Ohio.
