Warren

Simple assault. Warren City Police reported that a criminal complaint was filed charging Danniele E. Bloom, Warren, after she struck a female in the head with a beer bottle at a local tavern on July 14 at 1:38 a.m. The victim had a small cut and swelling to her head as a result of the incident. Bloom has been charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Simple assault. Warren City Police reported that Jeremiah A. Smith, 19, Warren, was taken into custody after officers were dispatched to his residence on July 18 at 11:19 p.m. for a domestic dispute. Smith had engaged in a physical altercation with a known female causing injury to her arm. He has been charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and underage drinking.

Possession. Warren City Police reported that a criminal complaint was filed on July 19 charging Courtney T. Morse, Warren County Jail, after he brought drug paraphernalia into adult probation on July 18.

Columbus Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone stole a bike belonging to a juvenile male from Corry on July 10 at approximately 7 p.m. at the basketball courts at the Columbus Elementary School. The value of the bicycle is $400. The investigation continues.

Farmington Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone removed seven garden gnomes from the property of Deloris Roberts, Sugar Grove, between July 16 and July 19. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to call the state police or the Warren County CrimeStoppers.

Mead Twp.

Corruption of minors. Warren-based state police reported that, between March 1 and August 15, Dustin L. Cabisca, 26, Tiona, had a sexual relationship with a known 15-year-old female. Cabisca was arraigned at District Justice Laura Bauer's office on July 16 and bail was set at $25,000. Cabisca was placed in the Warren County Jail. He has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that someone smashed two archery targets with an unknown object at the Warren Archery Club between July 15 and July 16. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
