Dear editor:
I used to believe that oil prices were artificially manipulated by Wall Street using any excuse to raise the price of oil.
I stand corrected, just a few days ago the oil producing giant Norway said it might shut down a refinery due to labor issues and the price of oil went up.
Now I need apologize to Wall Street! Sorry! Really, SORRY!
