Betts improved to 13-0 on the Richard T. Betts Rec Modified Softball League season with a 20-10 victory over Cougar Bob's Wednesday at Betts Park.
Betts outslugged Cougar Bob's in a game that featured eight home runs between the teams. Andy Hanks and T.J. Latimer each went deep twice for the winners and Jason Rafalski added a homer of his own for the winners. Kyle McClement, Jay Kuzminski and Mike Crossley all homered for Cougar Bob's in the loss.
Rafalski, Hanks and Latimer all finished with three hits for Betts and aChris Yost and Darren Cummings finished with two hits. Mike Wood, Brian Bennett and Bryan Nelson each collected two hits for Cougar Bob's in the loss.

In other action, The Bucket earned its first win of the year with a 17-8 triumph over Wing City. Darren Wenzel had four hits, including a homer and Adam Neubauer and Mike McIntosh had three hits each in the win. Wes Schwanke finished with two homers in a winning effort.
