Charges of access device issued to another who did not authorize use, conspiracy-access device issued to another, theft by unlawful taking-movable property, conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking-movable property, receiving stolen property and conspiracy-receiving stolen property.

Jessica Marie York, 941 Dutch Hill Rd., charged with possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
