Hinder apprehension/prosecution-harbor or conceal. Warren city police reported Kimberly Harrison, Warren, was charged by criminal complaint on Monday after she harbored her girlfriend, Janelle Stoner, who had an active warrant for her arrest for the charge of escape from the custody of Community Corrections Facility in Reading. According to police, Harrison was taken to Warren County Jail on a probation violation by a probation officer. Police stated Stoner was taken to Marienville to be arraigned on the escape warrants from the Pennsylvania State Police and remanded to WCJ.
Conewango
Disorderly conduct/public drunkenness. Warren-based state police reported George Crutchfield, 39, Warren, was at the Red Carpet Inn while he was intoxicated and was causing a disturbance at 1:22 p.m. July 15. According to police, Crutchfield broke a window by punching it and had to be transported to Warren General Hospital. Police stated Crutchfield will answer to the charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at district court.
Farmington
Hit and run. Warren-based state police are investigating a hit and run crash that occurred on Scranton Hollow Road, one-half mile south of Miller Hill Road at 7:30 p.m. July 15. According to police, a grey Chevrolet LX car was traveling north on Scranton Hollow Road when it struck a bicycle being pushed by a male, 16. Police reported the juvenile was able to avoid being hit by the car, but the car struck the bicycle, causing minor damage. Police stated the juvenile was not injured. Pittsfield
Burglary. Warren-based state police are investigating a burglary at 3075 SR 27, which took place between 12:01 a.m. June 10 and 12 a.m. July 14. According to police, someone entered the property of victim David Garry Bush and took a 1999 DR Field and Brush Mower out of a shed. Police reported anyone with information is asked to contact them or CrimeStoppers.
Crash. Warren-based state police reported Arthur R. Thompson, 59, Garland, driving a 2007 Toyota Avalon, was pulling out of his driveway onto SR 27 West, 148 feet northeast of Torpedo Road, at 1 p.m. July 14. According to police, James L. Parker, 56, Guys Mills, was driving 1999 Kenworth T800 east on SR 27 as the Avalon turned in front of the T800. Police stated the T800 struck the Avalon in the front right fender and front bumper with the passenger side running board of the T800. Police reported the Avalon came to final rest in the driveway facing north and was disabled while the T800 came to final rest in the eastbound lane. According to police, neither driver suffered injuries. The Avalon was towed from the scene and the T800 had minor damage. Police stated Thompson was charged with vehicle crossing roadways.
Sugar Grove
Theft. A known male victim reported to Warren-based state police that a Mossberg .22 caliber rifle and a Stihl weed trimmer were taken from the rear porch of his residence at 1600 block of Stillison Hill Road between 8 p.m. June 27 and 3 p.m. July 8. According to police, anyone with information is asked to contact them or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Howe, Forest County
Institutional sexual assault. Marienville-based state police are investigating an incident where a known adult female allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior with a known juvenile male at Abraxas between Feb. 13 and May 1.
