Football camp
A football camp for players in grades 3-8 will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. July 30 and 31 and August 1 at Beaty Field. The fee is $35 and participants are asked to bring a drink and spikes.
Registration will begin at 3:30 p.m. July 30. Registration forms can be picked up at the Beaty Warren Middle School office. For information, call coach Rick Nowacki at 730-6718.

John Zawacki and Dave Brandhorst claimed their second Conewango Valley Country Club Men's Member-Guest Golf Tournament this weekend. Their first tournament CVCC Member-Guest title came 17 years ago.
On the final day of the 57th Annual Member-Guest on Saturday, Zawacki and Brandhorst outlasted the team of Bull Turner and Ben O'Neill on the final hole of the steeplechase playoff, which featured all six flight winners.
The event was a pre-flighted, head-to-head match play, team competition. The flight winners after day two advanced to the steeplechase shootout for a four-hole playoff.

Hole-in-one
Jerry Nelson recorded his first ever hole-in-one during the 57th Annual Member-Guest Golf Tournament Friday at Conewango Valley Country Club. His ace came on the 138-yard, par 3, fifth hole, using an 8-iron. The ace was witnessed by Joe Nelson, Paul Ignatius and Kevin Ignatius.
