Conewango Twp.
Crash. Conewango Township Police reported that on July 12 at approximately 11:30 a.m., a 50 year old female suffered a medical condition while driving south on Market Street in North Warren. The woman lost consciousness while driving and her vehicle, a Chevrolet truck, traveled south in the northbound lane of traffic. Police reported that a fully loaded dump truck, driven by Arthur Estus, Warren, just missed colliding with the woman. Another individual, Abraham Crossley, Sinclairville, N.Y., was traveling behind the dump truck and witnessed the incident. Crossley then stopped his own vehicle on Market Street, entered the driver's side of the woman's truck and found the woman unconscious behind the wheel. Crossley was then able to stop the Chevy truck, preventing it from traveling any further in the wrong direction on the road. EmergyCare personnel treated the driver of the Chevy truck at the scene. She sustained no injuries as a result of the incident. The Conewango Township Police would like to acknowledge that Crossley's actions helped to prevent any on both the driver's part, as well as other motorists on the highway.
Mead Twp.
DUI crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one vehicle crash on SR 59 at its intersection with Brown Run Road on July 12 at 1:44 a.m. Admitting to police that he was the vehicle's driver, Joshua McDunn, 26, no address provided, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. McDunn sufferred minor injuries in the crash and his vehicle was towed from the scene. Charges are pending with District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that someone entered the residence of a known 29 year old male on Wilson Road between July 8 and July 12 and removed the following items: white gold size 12 wedding band with six small diamonds, white gold size 7.5 wedding band with five small diamonds, white gold size 7.5 engagement ring with one large 1/2 ct. stone with two 2 1/4 ct. stones, Husky red aid compressor, Arc welder, Husqvarna chain saw, .22 rifle with wooden stock and scope, .22 Cricket rifle with scope, 30/30 lever action rifle with wood stock and scope, 20 gauge shotgun with a wood stock, camoflauge rifle pellet gun, 22/20 over under rifle with wood stock. Total estimated loss is $4,485.00. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Clarendon
Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone gained entry to a residence belonging to Heather L. Engle, High Street, Clarendon, through a rear door on July 11 between 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Once inside, someone stole several prescription medications belonging to the victim. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
