Warren

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Donald S. Bean and Laura A. Bean, Warren, were both cited after officers were dispatched to their residence on July 6 at 10:28 p.m. for a domestic dispute.

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that Pike J. Stillwagon, Clarendon, was cited on July 4 at 1:10 a.m. after he was found passed out in the grass near the embankment to the river at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Union Street.

Disorderly conduct. Warren City Police reported that Bryan J. Irwin, Warren, was cited on July 6 at 5:27 a.m. after he was walking up and down Buchanan St on July 6 at 5:27 a.m. screaming and swearing while talking on his cell phone.

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that Jay M. Johnson, Warren, was cited on July 5 at 5:27 a.m. after he was found passed out in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue West.

Retail theft. Warren City Police reported that Nicole A. Rossman, Warren, was cited on July 5 at 1:50 p.m. after she drank a fountain drink without paying for it while working at Bilo.

Disorderly conduct. Warren City Police reported that Mary M. Vanhart, Warren, was cited on July 5 at 10:44 p.m. after officers were dispatched for loud music.

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that Troy C. Johnson, Warren, was cited on July 5 at 10:19 p.m. after he stumbled and fell in the middle of the roadway at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Franklin Street.

Underage drinking. Warren City Police reported that Robert T. Wingard, 20, Warren, was cited on July 6 at 7:32 p.m. after an officer came in contact with him in the 200 block of Madison Avenue.

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Mark A. Solock and Jill M. Solock, Warren, were both cited on July 5 at 10:21 p.m. after officers were dispatched to their residence for a domestic dispute.

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that Matthew D. Jeffrey, Warren, was cited on July 1 at 7:02 a.m. after he was found passed out in the front yard of a Sixth Avenue residence.

Disorderly conduct. Warren City Police reported that Jacqueline N. Zaner, Clarendon, was cited on July 9 at 12:51 p.m. after she was observed running into oncoming traffic in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue West. She was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Pursuit. Warren-based state police said they attempted to stop Ryan OSullivan, Waterford, for a minor traffic violation on July 8 at 2:10 p.m on Route 6, east of National Forge Road. Police said upon initiating a traffic stop, OSullivan fled on his motorcycle and refused to pull over. The pursuit went for approximately 12 miles on Abraham Hollow Road and ended on Pilling Road. Police said during the pursuit OSullivan committed several traffic violations. He was taken into custody after the pursuit and charged with felony fleeing and eluding and several traffic violations. He was taken before District Justice Laura Bauer and placed in the Warren County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Pleasant Twp.

Receiving stolen property. Three juveniles face numerous charges related to a multi-county crime spree. According to Warren-based state police, a 16-year-old Sheffield boy, a 16-year-old Slippery Rock boy, and a 17-year-old Prosperity boy, are in custody. Police said the boys have been charged by juvenile allegation with receiving stolen property with respect to an incident that took place at 4:07 a.m. Monday, June 25, on Chapman Dam Road at Mohawk Ave. Ext., and burglary, auto theft, and other crimes through four counties. Two additional victims in the cases, owners of camps on Dutchman Run Road in Mead Township and Morrison Run Road in Pleasant Township were identified Monday.

Tidioute

Theft. Tidioute Borough Police reported that Coleen Morrison, Jefferson Street, Tidioute, reported to Tidioute Police that someone entered her vehicle between 9:15 p.m. Sunday evening and 5:30 a.m. Monday morning and took quarters, dimes and nickels totaling $2.10 while parked in front of her residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact Tidioute Borough Police.
